Welcome to this nice cottage, perfect for 7 people who are searching for quiet and relaxing holidays in the countryside.This is a 160 m2 one-storey house located in a quiet area of Mallorca. There are four comfortable bedrooms, two with one double bed each, one with two twin beds, and one with one single bed. You will have access to two bathrooms with a shower., one of the outside the house.

Among nature The house is located in an area in the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. Just a few kilometers from the house you will find the town of Inca where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, sports areas, bars, and restaurants.
A 35-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice day at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquillity of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.

The house has a warm and peaceful environment. Sit down on a comfortable sofa in the living room and relax reading a book or watching satellite TV. There is a watching machine, iron, and ironing board. On the patio, you will find space to park your car.
The outside is really nice: go to the terrace and have a tempting barbeque, swim in the pool, or just relax in the garden. The 250 m2 terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 6 people and loungers where you can sunbathe. The private pool measures 8 x 3 meters.
